Check eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Contact us first
Send us a message using the form above with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 48 hours with instructions.
Send it back
Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

What sizes do you offer?
Our fleeces are available in XS through to 2XL. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering — some customers find our fleeces run slightly large so may prefer to size down. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is 1–2 working days if ordered before 1pm on a weekday. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly so we can't always make changes once an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. If the order has already been dispatched you'll need to return it once it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery starts from £9.99 and typically takes 5–14 working days depending on your location. Please be aware that import duties or taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my fleece?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on any printed or embroidered areas. Following these care instructions will keep your fleece looking great for longer.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for rugby clubs?
Yes — we love working with rugby clubs. Get in touch via the contact form above or email us at hello@hookandflanker.com with details of your club and what you're looking for. We'll come back to you with options.
Is my payment information secure?
