Fast, tracked delivery across the UK
Order Processing
We dispatch once a week, every Wednesday. Order before Tuesday 12pm GMT to make that week's dispatch, otherwise your order will go out the following Wednesday. Moving to a weekly production cycle lets us build a stronger network of production partners and gives you a far more consistent, reliable delivery timeframe. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery timescales are estimates and count from the Wednesday we dispatch your order, not the date you placed it.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with full tracking. Once dispatched:
- You'll receive a dispatch email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
- You can track your parcel at any time on our order tracking page — just enter your order number and email address.
- Alternatively, enter your tracking number directly on the Royal Mail tracking site.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided — we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been collected by Royal Mail. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before dispatch.
We do not currently ship to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
Failed Delivery
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. no one home, address issue), they will leave a notification card and hold the item at your local delivery office for up to 18 days. If uncollected, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, please contact us to arrange redelivery — a redelivery charge may apply.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. UK delivery is free on orders over £60; European and rest-of-world orders are charged a flat rate at checkout — £9.99 to Europe and £14.99 to the rest of the world — shown once you choose your delivery region in the cart.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in your order total, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
