Sizing
How do your products fit?
Our fleeces and sweatshirts are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit — true to size with a little extra room through the chest and shoulders. Our shirts and tees run slightly slim. We include a fit rating on each product page to guide you.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for fleeces and sizing down for shirts.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes — you'll find a full size guide on each product page, including chest measurements and garment dimensions. If you're still unsure, contact us with your measurements and we'll point you in the right direction.
Shipping
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery, applied automatically at checkout.
We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £6.99 if you need it faster.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is something we're working on — get in touch if you'd like to be notified when it becomes available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can also use our order tracking page at any time using your order number and email address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. See our full returns policy for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use the form on our returns page. Enter your order number and email address and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a prepaid Royal Mail label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once issued. Allow a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once dispatched, we're unable to amend orders — but you can always return the item for a refund.
I haven't received my confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your name and approximate order date and we'll look into it.

How should I care for my Hook & Flanker garment?
Wash on a cool cycle (30°C) inside out. Do not tumble dry fleeces. Full care instructions are on the label inside each garment.
